The ideal candidate will be interested in an owner/operator beginning with ambitions for future "empire building". Previous achievements in their life.  Outgoing, high energy, personally motivated for more than a nice job. Comfortable with technical details and several moving parts all at once. Interested in a mentor approach from the franchise organization. Coachable and seeks guidance from the franchise organization.​
