  • Seasoned, white collar middle to upper management person; age range - 30 to 60. Willing to take personal talents and leadership skills and apply them to the business model.

  • Personable, strong communicator has or can build long term business relationships.  

  • Strong consultative sales ability as 70% to 80% of owner’s time will be spent in business development and business consulting. Preferred 10 years of sales, sales management, general business or business ownership experience.

  • Can multi-task effectively and will allocate the proper amount of time to each revenue center of the business.                          

  • Involvement in the community via civic organizations, Chamber of Commerce, nonprofit organizations, etc. Good networker.
