Enjoys presentations or teaching - sales experience is not required. Outgoing, high energy, personally motivated for more than a nice job. Comfortable with technical details and several moving parts all at once. Interested in a mentor approach from the franchise organization. Comfortable with light labor required for blind installation. Coachable and seeks guidance from the franchise organization.​
