Support

New franchisees attend KTEC (Kahala Training and Education Center) at their Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ  for a week long classroom training session. In addition, new franchisees spend two weeks in a store where they cover every aspect of their new business.

Beyond training, there is expansive support for opening a store: from pre-opening and real estate support, to in store training and grand opening support. Each franchisee is assigned a Regional Director of Operations who provides on-going and day to day support.
