Door Renew has a 4-phase training program which commences upon the signing of the Franchise Agreement: 

  1. Right Start -  2-4 weeks, depending on the time franchisee can spend. This phase involves the "below grade" activities such as financial projections, marketing plan, vehicle/decal acquisition, set up LLC/corp, review manual

  2. Training - This 1 week, hands-on training takes place at the corporate training center in Cincinnati, OH.  With Right Start activities handled they can focus on specific door restoration procedures.  This involves classroom, shop and field work

  3. Field Visit - After the franchisee has completed several jobs, usually within 4-6 weeks, Corporate will visit them to provide further training, answer questions and make certain their business is launching according to plan

  4. Ongoing - Training and support continues through a variety of means.  Including conference calls, individual calls, group/individual emails and texts, the Door Renew Intranet site and periodic conventions.
