Born in 2020 out of a pandemic and a seasoned restauranteur's desire to give back, DriveKindness is a new, exciting, and innovative solution to a growing problem.  As a true partner to the restaurant industry, DriveKindness helps restaurants take back control of their delivery business!

Support

Training: Their initial training program is held in Miami, FL. It consists of 11.5 hours in a classroom and 20 hours on-the-job. They cover the DriveKindness process, manual, pre-opening procedures, personnel, advertising, accounting, their POS system, and safety procedures.

Ongoing Support: Their Founder, Rene Prats is extremely hands-on in the busienss and is available to support their Franchise Owners however necessary. A member of the corporate team will assist new Owners with 5 days of on-site training immediately before and after the business launches.

Marketing: Their main focus is the success of their Franchise Owners. Through their marketing campaigns focused on positive messaging and giving back to the community, they help Owners find restaurants who are interested in using DriveKindness. They assist in marketing by giving their Franchise Owners lists of restaurants to focus on recruiting, PR, and digital advertising. They charge 2% of weekly gross sales for their marketing fund.

At DriveKindness, they are looking for experienced individuals who are looking to scale a successful business. They are focused on their bottom line but also on giving back to their community. They like the idea of adding entrepreneurs with restaurant experience as they would be well-versed in this industry, but previous restaurant experience is not a requirement.
