Support

ERA offers a comprehensive training and support program. Utilizing the best of ERA's combined experience, gained from delivering thousands of cost saving projects over many years, the training will empower you with the techniques and knowledge to enable you to sign clients and deliver successful profit-improvement projects.

The package includes:

• Ten days of classroom induction training (plus pre-training before you attend our classroom training)

• Six months of field support and continued training.

• An Exclusive Software Package encompassing databases and contact management systems

• Network regional meetings and an Annual National Conference

Ideal Candidate

• Good communication & relationships (particularly at C-Level Suite)

• Background experience in business development and/or client services

• Willingness to follow a proven business system

• Be part of a team of executive management professionals

• Entrepreneurial drive and passion to build up own consulting practice

• Must have an advanced level of English

• 10+ years in management role
