Frost Shades is a low investment, single service home services franchise. Frost Shades sells and installs all types of frosted and decorative window films, UV films, sun blocking films, anti-glare films, privacy films and security / safety films (over 450 types) on interior and exterior windows.

Why US?

Frost Shades is a low overhead business with no inventory and few to no employees. They help franchisees generate leads through exclusive agreements with Home Advisor, Adwords, Google business, =Facebook and other means. Franchisees give price quotes and use their scheduling and quoting system to earn business. Once a deal is agreed on, they collect 50% deposits and order the custom film from their suppliers which sell films at very low wholesale cost to them. This is ideal because you only order materials after you have collected payment!

Window tinting for residential and commercial buildings is in demand and jobs can range from $200 to tens of thousands of dollars with a typical job being about $800. Out of the $800, there might be $80 in materials and $100 in labor, leaving over $600 in margin, making this a potentially high-margin business.
