A few steps in the door and you’ll be greeted with an offer to sample a slice of warm, fresh baked bread right out of the oven. While savoring the naturally delicious breads and pastries, you can watch the bakers scratch making and hand shaping the loaves. Then stay for Lunch, enjoy our wonderful Bread made into a savory sandwich featuring the quality meats and cheeses from Boar’s Head Meats. We also offer delicious soups, salads and gourmet, fair-trade coffee.

While our concept is old fashioned goodness, our Franchise includes modern, state-of-the-art systems. Our Franchisees are fully supported from day one, this includes expert site selection, assistance in securing financing, space design and buildout as well as hands-on Grand Opening support. We continue the marketing support with monthly banners and posters, as well as a tailored social media campaign. Our cutting edge proprietary information system gives owners immediate financial information in order to facilitate sound business decisions.

  • Store layout

  • Ability to secure a state-of-the-art point-of-sale information system specifically designed for House of Bread Bakery Cafe

  • Equipment procurement sources, new and used

  • Detailed equipment and supplies list

  • Owner training at House of Bread Cafe and in your store

  • Employee training materials and schedules

  • Operational control systems including employee handling recommendations, register controls, product pricing guidelines and production trouble shooting techniques
