They will work closely with you through permitting, municipal approvals and construction, all the way up to your Grand Opening.

• Receive immersive, hands-on training on our culture, business system and curriculum. You'll receive 94+ hours of training. Whether you have an education or business background, we'll show you how to use our systems and we'll help you develop an understanding of the Lightbridge Academy approach to child care.

• Personal mentoring for any challenge you encounter. You will be assigned a personal business coach to provide on-going support in everything ranging from business development and building customer loyalty to hiring, training and managing employees. Even though they aren't on-site every day, they're always available. You're never alone and you're never without guidance.

• Expert advertising and marketing support. Whether building your marketing plan or creating a family fun event, the Lightbridge Academy franchise marketing team has set-up innovative marketing and advertising programs and services to help you break through to your market and maximize your business potential.
