Support

Support and Training Notes:

Initial training is one week of Virtual Training and two weeks of hands-on training held in Dunkirk, MD.

One week of formal classroom training, and one week of on-the-job training working side-by-side with successful recruiters. Each franchisee is assigned a mentor who provides support daily during the first 90 days. In addition, post-training support calls are made by headquarters in a group format, and one on one individual weekly coaching calls with either a mentor; or member of the support center team.

Regional Developer Training - Their regional developer training is customized, however includes Regional Developer Training, as well as a 12 week on-boarding and ramp up program.

Area Developer Training - In addition to their stellar training and support, the Area Developer will also receive 60 days of Corporate Account Development Assistance in their territory. THEY help them develop their own client base!

On-going support, they offer a Franchisee Groupsite which houses all of their training materials and podcasts, as well as a discussion side for Franchisees to ask each other questions and offer support. They have an established Franchisee selected FAC (Franchise Advisory Council), Quarterly Kick-Off Calls, and a Weekly Training hosted by staff and guest franchisee speakers focusing on improving each franchisees ROI.

Ideal Candidate

Successful franchisees are people who are comfortable building relationships and have a passion for people.  They tend to be comfortable on the phone speaking to several different people though out the day.  They have excellent follow through skills, time management, and self-discipline to work independently
