They'll provide the training, tools, and everything else you will need to open your store and operate it effectively. They are looking for natural leaders with a bent towards customer service, sales, and attention to detail. Their partners are community oriented entrepreneurs that care more about people than profit, and more about the joy of eating together than turning tables. This is more than just a professional partnership, it is a personal relationship and so ultimately the "ideal" franchisee is someone that shares in their vision and is ready to roll up their sleeves.
