Press Waffle Co. specializes in fully customizable authentic Belgian waffles, savory waffle creations, and locally roasted coffee. After discovering authentic Liege style waffles on his European travels, founder Bryan Lewis came home determined to share these delectable treats with friends and family. When that desire blossomed into a full on waffle obsession, Press Waffle Co. was born. Founded as a food truck in 2016, Bryan and his brother Caleb roamed the streets of Dallas, TX and quickly caught the attention of local foodies and less than a year later, opened their first permanent shop in Legacy Hall, the first major food hall in North Texas. After opening two more shops in 2018, the brothers appeared on ABC's Shark Tank, pitching national franchise development of their brand. 

Press is proud to partner with local coffee roasters in each new market to offer the freshest premium beans for its coffee selections.
