Total 50 hour training curriculum broken into two phases.

Phase I is conducted through audio and video conference calls as needed and is typically within one month of signing the franchise agreement and is geared towards providing a broad overview of the business concept, menu, and assisting with site selection and lease finalization.

Phase II of the training is conducted in Westford, MA
about one month before targeted opening date and consists of about 19 hours
of classroom training and about 23 hours of on the job, hands on training at the
corporate restaurant location.
