A (4) Member Corp Marketing staff to constantly work on maintaining current Carrier relationships and building Franchise owners market share via regional and national accounts via insurance carriers serving their markets as an extension of their Rytech office.
An Exclusive Admin Center, the only such service in Franchising, which provides a full range of “front and back office services” so franchisees, can focus on local production and local brand building.
The Company's initial franchise management and marketing training program, covering up to 10 business days, is available to the Rytech Franchise Owner and one employee, as chosen by the Franchise Owner and approved by Rytech. Before opening for business, all Franchise Owners must attend and complete the initial franchise management and Rytech’s OJT training program to the satisfaction of the Company.
“On the job training” may be conducted at one or more of our Rytech Company-owned locations, or at a Rytech franchised office approved by the Company. The initial training program uses a Manual developed by the Company, other written materials provided by approved vendors with classroom and online training. “On the job training” is completed via actual on-going Rytech structural drying projects and mold remediation jobs in progress.
Experienced business or service professional with interpersonal skills, comfortable in dealing with the public and other business professionals. No background in construction or previous water damage or mold remediation required.
This business concept really works for two models:
1. An active hands-on Owner/Operator starting out with a minimum of one Tech plus the owner/operatore and one fully equipped service vehicle and building to their income goals by expanding staffing and market share.
2. Experienced business professionals who want to manage a service business with multiple employees and an experienced Operations Manager in place, who will do all the day to day operations on behalf of the owner. All owners must complete full training and certifications requirements.
