The company was founded in Cherry Hill, NJ in 1986 and began franchising in 2001. Saladworks locations offer guilt free, gourmet menu of flavorful salads averaging less than 300 calories with signature dressings, as well as complimentary menu items geared toward on-the-go consumers seeking a healthy lifestyle.

Support 

Training is 5 days of classroom - including ServSafe Training if needed. They then move on to 5 days of in-store training the next week.

After that - it's 5 days of training in their own store prior to opening and including opening day.
