Succentrix Business Advisors is the only cloud-based full service accounting franchise in the US. Their market is 67 million small businesses. The Succentrix franchisee provides accounting, payroll, income tax and advisory services to small business owners. Succentrix has its own marketing department that continuously develops marketing and social media material for their franchisees. Succentrix will check every income tax return that their franchisees' prepare before filing with the IRS. Succentrix provides operational systems to streamline a franchisee's business.

Why US?

The Succentrix model does not fit everyone. If someone has an accounting, finance or tax background their model is a fit.


Their training is in 4 phases. The first phase is one day devoted to setting up Succentrix email addresses, accounting, payroll, income tax and operational software. Ordering marketing materials and setting up website. Phase two is their 5 day home office comprehensive training week. During this week their agenda covers, office setup, step by step accounting, payroll and income tax services. This week covers marketing and sales training. This week also covers their internal 3 year business projections plan. Phase three is their annual income tax training that includes CPE credits. Phase Four is their annual 3 day Succentrix Business Conference held each fall. They are continuously offering Zoom training sessions as new topics are developed.

Ideal Candidate

An ideal Succentrix Business Advisor must be a professional business entrepreneur with a background in accounting, finance or tax. This does not mean they must be a CPA or that they've prepared 100's of tax returns. Their candidate must be prompt, have excellent "people skills" and truly enjoy meeting people. Their candidate must be willing to follow their proven operational systems and income tax training.
