WHO ARE WE?

Tailored Living is the merger of two great brands in the Home Organization business: Closet Tailors and Premier Garage. They focus on helping home and business owners become more organized by designing and installing custom storage solutions in their closets, garages, pantries, home offices, laundry rooms and commercial locations. With low overhead, high margins, no inventory, and a large territorial footprint this business is great for candidates who want to be heavily involved with minimal employees as well as for the empire builder who wants a management role and growth potential.

 

They are looking for candidates with some business background that are comfortable in hiring and managing employees. While this can be done on a smaller scale with one territory and only one additional installer, they anticipate most of their franchisees will wnat to be hiring and managing a sales person and team of installers at minimum. Hard working, professional, outgoing men/women fit well. This is not a cold calling business, offers exclusive territories with over 75,000 households.

They have very little overhead which allows them greater price flexibility over the competition. Their D'Vinci design allows them to custom design and print a rendering in the appointment while much of the competition still uses graph paper and pencils. Support
