Ideal candidate will be a business analytical, organized person with a strong sense of urgency. One who is comfortable with customer interfacing and networking/marketing within the business and consumer residential community alike. Candidate will be the primary contact in promoting the company, its product line & services. Cold calling sales experience not necessary, however, a consultative, helpful approach is an excellent fit. Outgoing, positive, friendly person with good communication skills and an upbeat personality is preferred. The Candidate need not be an expert or someone who is highly technical. Grout Medic’s training allows individuals to become proficient in all aspects of business. An individual not deterred by doing the work by themselves initially to get a thorough understanding of the ins and outs of business operations.
