INITIAL TRAINING

Our training program is comprehensive and ensures that you have access to the tools that will prove essential for success in your location. We’ll prepare you for ownership by showing you the inner workings of our business model. Once you’ve finished the program, you can expect to feel confident and up to the tasks ahead of you. We’ve also partnered with the Global Workspace Association  President and founder of Everything CoWorking to curate an on-going training program.

 

You will begin your journey as a Venture X franchisee with one week of in-house training at our headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida. Here, you’ll learn from our experts in a classroom setting. We’ll cover topics like managing your schedule, recruiting and signing new clients, marketing tips, and so forth. You’ll also spend some time in a fully-functioning Venture X location so you can see for yourself how what you’ve learned is applied in real life!

 

START-UP SUPPORT

After you complete your initial one week of intensive training in Florida, you’ll return to your location to prepare for your launch. A corporate representative will then come to your location, providing further on-site coworking franchise training and support. We want our franchisees to be able to implement everything they’ve learned, so our expert will work with you for up to five weeks, helping you to ensure that your business is running efficiently.

 

Our corporate representative will also be there to ensure that everything is going smoothly as you ramp up for your grand opening. They’ll work with our partners (such as world-renowned architecture firm Gensler) to ensure that your location looks great, and that all of the necessary technology is in place and at peak efficiency. With start-up support like this, you’ll be able to open your doors with confidence. In total we will spend another three (3) weeks helping you get ready for your grand opening, and the support doesn’t end there.

 

MARKETING SUPPORT

We also provide innovative marketing plans that include a multi-channel approach, focusing on your local market, designed specifically to pre-fill as many spaces as possible before your doors even open. You will have a proven, localized marketing campaign created for the specific needs of your market.

 

Grand opening planning assistance, PR campaigns, online marketing solutions, printed materials and event planning are just some of what you can expect from our in-house marketing team.

After your launch period, the cooperative advertising fund kicks into gear with ongoing solutions to drive traffic to your location, even after your location is full.
