A HISTORY of authenticity

Wing It On! founder Matt Ensero stepped onto the scene in 2011 with one goal in mind, to resurrect the Buffalo wing from the ashes of mediocrity. His quest was to serve insanely delicious wings, whether you're dining in, picking up, or ordering online. So, he built a team and together they obsessed over every detail from the quality of the sauces and dry rubs right down to the "chunkiness" of the store-made blue cheese. The result is a truly epic Buffalo-quality wing experience served fast and fresh every time.

Training & Support

The Wing It On! team will be there for you every step of the way, including choosing a location, store design and build-out, developing and executing a pre-launch marketing plan, and post-launch operational support. 


Additionally, we have a pre-launch operations training program to teach you how to manage every aspect of your Wing It On! franchise for maximum success through hands-on training at one of our corporate locations. When you’re ready to open, our most experienced employees and managers will be there with you on-site until you are comfortable taking the reins.
