They provide a two part training program. The first part is prior to the opening followed by onsite training at opening. They have a very extensive & highly detailed operating manual in place for their franchisees. They also have dedicated non-retail sales people on their corporate team who assist their franchisees in non-retail business activities. They can be available any time to meet with their franchisees. They also have weekly conference calls for their franchisees covering a range of operational issues along with separate calls reserved for non-retail business.
